Casino Technology successfully passed a quality management system certification audit for ISO 9001-2008

On April 30th Casino Technology passed the external audit of the company's quality management system certification about Design, Development, Manufacturing, Sales and Service of gaming equipment, which the company successfully executes since 2008.

The external auditors ascertained that the quality management system within the company is well-functioning, constantly improving and fully complied with the requirements of the renewed standard ISO 9001-2008.

A new point in the certification system is the inclusion of the post-sale services in the standard, such as Gaming Equipment Service, complied with the ISO 9001- 2008 requirements along with the related quality instructions. Also new is the requirement about distribution and storage of the records about quality on electronic devices. Thanks to the developing of the web-based internal ERP system the authorized persons have an instant, quick and real time access to these records.
